New Arrival---2014 Mustang V8 Coupe Pirelli World Challenge Spec with 5.0L Coyote Crate Engine (460HP). This Mustang was purchased in 2014 as a stock road-going Mustang with a 3.7L 6-cylinder Cyclone engine with approximately 20,000 miles. It was professionally built for Pirelli World Challenge TC class by Ian Lacy Racing based at Utah Motorsports Campus in Grantsville, Utah. No expense was spared in this build (over $150K invested). The cage was done by Watson Racing, the rear end is a complete Cortex Racing cambered set up with Watts linkage. The remainder of the suspension is all Ford Racing with special Howe extended ball joints. 

The car was successfully raced from 2014 thru 2018 in the Pirelli World Challenge Series. In 2019 the car was purchased by the previous owner and completely gone through by Ian Lacy Racing. During that time, any/all appropriate maintenance and upgrades for NASA and SVRA was done. From there, the car was raced in both NASA and SVRA Racing Series. The car holds 2 track records at Utah Motorsports Campus and was the class winner in the 2020/2021 NASA 6-hour endurance race at UMC.

In 2022, the 3.7L Cyclone V6 engine was removed and replaced with a new (460HP) Ford Coyote V8 crate engine and associated parts. The car finished the 2022 season 2nd in National Points in SVRA in its class. Overall, this unique Mustang is an extremely clean, fast, and reliable and car.
